A. Please submit your logo as a CMYK PDF file. Submitting any other formats might result in manipulation charges of $50.00/hour.

Q. How do I upload my logo?

A. Once you've completed your order, you will be redirected to our FTP servers. After your order is complete, you can also upload artwork via our main site located at http://www.wardkraft.com. Additionally, you may email your logo to salestools@wardkraft.com.

Q. What kind of turnaround can I expect?

A. The expected shipping date of a project is initiated when Ward/Kraft, Inc receives all printable computer files, fonts, information, etc., required to begin a print run. Proofs will ship 2 working days after printable computer files and all necessary information have been received. Orders will ship 3 working days after proof approval.
