Ward/Kraft's Form-N-Envelope combines the use of an information area and return envelope all in one laser compatible sheet. There are many different ways in which this product is used. One of the most popular constructions is a statement format. Which would incorporate a statement, remittance and return envelope all in one folded form that is inserted into a #10 window envelope. Ward/Kraft offers two stock versions in a memo (11") or letter (14") size. The Form-N-Envelope is an excellent construction for surveys, fund raisers and subscription notices. Any type of document where information is sent and return information is included is a potential conversion. By including a pre-addressed return envelope you eliminate the potential of misaddressing, which is critical in payment applications. In some cases people choose to use Form-N-Envelope as the outgoing envelope. In this case they can print the letter and outgoing personal information in the same pass through a laser printer. the letter is then separated from the document, placed in the printed envelope and mailed. Every so often a product comes along that grows and evolves beyond even the most optimistic expectations. Currently we are experiencing exactly that phenomenon with our RealCard® product. For those of you not familiar with RealCard®, our original product offering was roughly 2 1/2" of plastic joined to tag stock with a thin, laser compatible tape. We offered this product in one and two card versions in both stock and custom formats.
