on Numina's entering new label orders in excess of $100,000 since
the start of the program in September 2004. Dave will enjoy a 7
day, 6 night trip of his choosing to either Sandals or Beaches resorts
or aboard a Carnival cruise ship. Ward/Kraft's Vacation Sales Incentive
program rewards distributors with varying levels of vacations based
on achieving $50,000 or $75,000 or $100,000 in new orders on any

Jaime
and I both enjoyed your presentation in Huntsville. We were unsure
if you even had anything to offer that we would be interested
in before we attended, but once we saw what WK is about, we can
now see many possibilities. I hope yesterday was the beginning
of a long lasting and mutually beneficial relationship.
The
possibilities are so endless. I will not be surprised as to where
we grow with Ward/Kraft. We expect it to be in the Medical sector,
but there are so many other opportunities as well. You got our
wheels turning and we found that refreshing. I hope that you will
find the time and expense that you went to present your company
to us was worth it in the long run.
Our
hats are off to you in the creative way you seem to have gotten
around the tradeshows. That is a real concern to use as we have
no tradeshows in this area any more. It is getting more and more
difficult for us to meet new and old vendors and grow in new directions
when we don't get to see any innovative ideas. Seems as though
everything is going to the World Wide Web. But, you have embraced

Over the
past year the Printing Industry has experienced increases in materials
that go well beyond the normal inflationary rate. This situation
is a direct result of demand exceeding available capacity. The
diminished capacity has occurred through the continuing consolidation
of pulp manufacturers and raw material suppliers.
In
2004 alone we received four paper increases within an eight-month
period We have seen the industry increase free sheet paper costs
between 15-20%, coated free sheets costs by 8-10% and other paper
grades have followed double-digit increases in material costs.
Label stocks have followed the same pattern YTD with recent announcements
from three of the industry leaders of another 6-7% increase, all
of which became effective January 3, 2005. The rapid escalation
of these costs along with other materials used such as pallets,
boxes, poly bags, adhesives, inks, etc....has necessitated that
we modify our pricing so that we remain a stable and dependable
source and can continue to meet your business product needs. Therefore,
effective January 3, 2005 the cost of certain form and label products
will be increased in an effort to help absorb some of these increases
that have been thrust upon us.
We
will continue to work hard to provide you, our Distributors, with
innovative products, new services, and market opportunities. We
appreciate your continued support and understanding during this
time and look forward to growing our relationship.

Patient
Privacy Labels has been added to Ward/Kraft's stock products
line-up and is available for immediate shipment out of their Fredericktown,
Ohio location. Patient Privacy Labels are designed to be applied
as a cover up label over confidential information on items that
cannot be shredded such as prescription bottles, packages, bags,
and glass containers. The combination of an extra aggressive adhesive
and tamper evident slits provides excellent privacy for these types
of applications. Demand has been sparked by recent concerns regarding

Sign-In Sheets for confidential registration in doctor's offices,
clinics, hospitals, and other medical registration in doctor's offices,
