Integrated Products
Integrated
products are nothing new to the print industry, but what
or why you integrate can also provide a very new and unique
opportunity. At Ward/Kraft, we pride ourselves on new and innovative
products...and our Integrated product line is certainly no exception.
Taking a printed form, and turning it into an integrated card or
label has become pretty common. What we are seeing is a need to
utilize this product line to create products that can be used in
a variety of new markets, such as Direct Mail, and providing solutions
for unique applications within the end user location. |
From
a Direct Mail or Fulfillment standpoint, you can offer anything
from an Integrated Membership Card to an Integrated Magnet with
a unique die cut, and everything in between! With our high color
capabilities in our Forms divisions, we can provide up to 4cp over
4cp mail pieces and even incorporate integrated products into a
Pressure Seal mailer for a more unique marketing product. Some of
the more unique Integrated products in Pressure Seal mailers now
include Hang Tags to be used for parking permits for universities
or businesses, or Integrated window decals that can also be used
for parking permits. |
As
far as unique applications within end user locations, we recently
worked with a Distributor that has a customer that utilizes a very
traditional 3 part Unit Set for interoffice pieces to be used as
a confirmation log sheet. What made this opportunity so unique,
was that the end user wanted to keep the same form, but be able
to create a piece that would allow a sensitive information document
to be kept secure in their rather unique interoffice envelope as
the mail traveled throughout their facility. We were able to work
out a solution for this by utilizing face lamination and adhesive
that we use in our Integrated product lines. We were able to provide
a quality solution at a competitive price for our Distributor and
he now has a very satisfied customer. |
