DualScript passes criteria for Lexmark Converter Listing.
Ward/Kraft has
passed the Lexmark performance criteria for the manufacturing of
Duplex Printed Pharmacy Script labels and will be listed on the
converter list under the Duplex Printing category. Ward/Kraft met
or exceeded the standard for all T-series printers in this category
and is the only manufacturer listed that exclusively serves the
independent distributor market. Additionally, Ward/Kraft has long
maintained a listing under the Dual Web Script label category as
the only manufacturer serving the independent market.

Live Logs Online Time!
As many of you
know, Ward/Kraft is a leader in distributor education and continues
to develop new methods each year. A few years back we started online
webinars (seminars over the internet) by launching WK Live! Our
goal at that time was to get approximately 40 hours per month of
online education with customers. We have expanded the process to
include Coffee with Ward/Kraft, which is a sales training track.
Recently I was contacted by the sales manager of the online service
we lease that allows us to produce the webinars. They asked for
a one hour business update meeting with me regarding our activity.
The reason for the call was when their monthly reports came across
his desk WK was always on the first page. During the discussion
he told me that normally 34% of their customers online time was
used for sales and asked if that was true for us. I explained that
generally 85% to 90% of the time was sales related. I asked what
their average account used in online time during a year and he said
approximately 500 hours. Are you ready for this? In 2003 WK had
930 hours of online time. This is more than some Fortune 100 companies
they work with today! In 2004 we are averaging over 200 hours per
month of online time with customers which puts us on course to nearly
triple last year's results!

ideas with my comrades in the industry is a priceless experience.
It gets me jazzed up for the rest of the week! More distributors
