My customer had a water leak that damaged a carton of forms. The damage was not noticed until they were down to only 2 cartons of forms, leaving them with a single usable carton that would last approximately one week. When I placed the order and informed you of the situation, you told me that Ward/Kraft would do whatever it would take to take care of the customer.
