Dear Ward/Kraft Family, As you are aware, I have had the pleasure of doing business with your company for 11 years. Everyone I have come into contact at your company has the same positive attitude towards doing the job right. And the efforts have been rewarded with the production of quality products, on time, and at a fair price. There are numerous people within your company who have deserved compliments at one time or another, which reflects on the consistency of the good service your company provides. One of them, Lisa Butler (OH Customer Service Representative), has demonstrated time and again a conscientious attitude towards my business needs that helps put Ward/Kraft at the top of my list of suppliers. Last week, I had an important, and complicated, project which Lisa was working on with me. She went home at your closing time, but came back that evening to finish the project. She called me at 8:30 PM to discuss some of the variables, then FAXED me the completed pricing.
