Dear Ward/Kraft Family,

Where do I begin? How about..."Ward/Kraft is AWESOME!!!" I have been in the printing business for 5 years now. I have had the chance to work with our vendor, Ward/Kraft, in many instances. Forms, laser checks, etc. have all been placed with you. Your printing capabilities have been outstanding. Customer service is just as high as the quality printing you provide. I would like to tell you a small story about a recent print job you did.

In November 2004, I had an opportunity for a bid for 2000, 40 page booklets printed full color. I called all my suppliers to bid on the job. When I talked to Ward/Kraft, they told me about a new division that would be starting soon. They could bid the job, but printing it would not be immediate. At that time, I was bidding on a job that I knew would not be ready to print until late January. My customer notified me that I was the lowest bid of 8 vendors she used. Well, it was mid-February when my customer finished her files for the booklet. The clock was ticking. She needed it for a Home Show the first week in March. I contacted Greg Fess and Darrin Gauthier in Ward/Kraft's CTC division. Both of them worked feverishly to coordinate all the files for printing. We worked as a team for nearly a week. The in-hands date was soon approaching. The proof was sent out. The customer approved the booklet on March 7, 2005. The Home Show was to start at 11:00 am on March 10th!!! Darrin and Greg went straight to work. I constantly was in touch with CTC in order to keep tabs on when it was running. March 9th came, and the booklets were not done, and would not be done until the morning of March 10th!! Debbie Buck spoke with me about options. One option she mentioned was the company plane. I didn't even know Ward/Kraft had a plane! Debbie said it would be the only way to get the booklets there on time. I met the plane at our local airport and loaded them directly in my car. I made it to the Home Show at 10:45 am. Wow, was I cutting it close. The booklets looked great! They were there on time! The customer had a great Home Show!

No other company has ever stepped up in that level. I always brag about our supplier, Ward/Kraft, and their quality and determination. It makes my job easier.

Your CTC Team needs to be commended on their hard work, diligence, and quality! I have worked with Darrin, Greg, Donene Smith, and Debbie on many projects. I have worked with CJ Feagins as well with many short run projects. Since then, I have opportunities to quote many full color jobs. My first call is to Ward/Kraft CTC. It is also my last call!

A wise man once told me "Always do your work with a smile!" Apparently, Ward/Kraft knew him too!
